2022 MLDL Lab Talk Series: Hayden Hendrickson, SAIC (April 13, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm)

The MLDL Lab is happy to announce that we invite Mr. Hayden Hendrickson to the MLDL Lab Talk Series for Spring 2022 semester. Mr. Hendrickson graduated from EKU in December of 2020 with the degree of Bachelor of Science Major in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security. After graduating from EKU, he was offered a Cyber Defence Analyst position with SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation). While working at SAIC he has also received a CompTIA Security+ Certification. In order to move further in his career, he is currently working on getting the next certification the CYSA+ (Cyber Security Analyst Certification). The talk topic that he would like to present is titled "Blue teaming and being reactive". With this topic he would like to discuss what blueteaming is and the many aspects of it. For example Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting. Also a large part of blue teaming is looking at SIEM's and pulling PCAPs from traffic that looks suspicious.
